With nearly a decade of mushroom expertise, Katie and Paul are the creative duo behind Santa Cruz Fungi. Residing in Santa Cruz County, these two have a deep love for all things mushrooms. Their journey into mushroom farming in 2021 sparked their quest for culinary uses beyond savory dishes. In May 2023, they decided to bring their delicious mushroom-infused frozen creations, Shroomsicles™, to the world. They’re dedicated to crafting delicious, organic non-dairy popsicles infused with functional mushroom extracts that enhance personal health and champion environmental responsibility.
