Vivian Kanchian holds a Masters degree in Public Health, and a Bachelors in Nutrition. She is a firm believer in food as medicine and has seen its incredible power to heal firsthand. Some of her accomplishments include helping successfully launch and grow a Food Is Medicine program in LA Country from inception and working alongside an integrative doctor to help women of all life stages balance their hormones using food, nutreaceuticals, and lifestyle interventions. Vivian is most passionate about educating consumers on the importance of regenerative agriculture to improving food and water quality, food security, climate, and the health of all living beings (#RegenerateAmerica) and raising awareness among health professionals about the link between soil and gut health. She is endlessly inspired by nature’s cycle of stress-rest-regeneration.
